Overview

The PILARES network is a complex, high-throughput community program with hundreds of sites and a wide range of activities. The challenge is not “more data”, but converting messy operational records into a decision-ready system that can answer both strategic and operational questions.

What we delivered

  • A graph data model connecting people, activities, sites, and participation patterns
  • A set of decision-ready queries (from high-level participation averages to specific cohort behaviors)
  • A technical foundation for continuous analysis (efficiency, utilization, and program design signals)

Why it matters

Graph-native modeling makes it possible to detect patterns and communities that are hard to see with flat tables. This supports better program strategy, better resource allocation, and a stronger ability to evaluate what actually works at scale.
